This device is a semi-automatic measuring system that automatically measures the dimensions of each part and cam shape of the camshaft brought in by the operator manually, using an electric micrometer and digital gauge, and displays OK/NG judgment results.
Automatic measurement for up to 24 cams! It can also determine the angle of the top point of each cam, the top lift amount, and the phase difference between each cam.
The "SE-121 model" is a device that supports the workpiece (camshaft) at both centers, rotates the workpiece, and measures the cam profile from the rotation angle and lift amount. It is capable of automatic measurement for up to 24 cams. The measurement data is printed out as profile diagrams, velocity diagrams, and acceleration diagrams.
